Bilbao (Bilbo) is a surprising and amazing city located in the semiautonomous region of Spain known as the Basque Country (Euskadi).


Overwhelming is the sight into the valley of the Nervión River. Among the green hills, down to the river, in the middle of the city a titanium space ship has landed.

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao is the result of a collaboration between the Basque Country Administration, which finances and owns the project, and the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation, which operates the Museum and provides the core art collection.
